Located in São Paulo, Amadeus is famous for seafood cuisine. The restaurant was founded by the Masano family thirty years ago and, therefore, has become one of the gastronomic references of the city and comes to be known as the "fish corner." It's commanded by Chef Bella Masano, daughter of the owners, who today brings innovation with tradition in the menu.
Attention, respect toward ingredients, and careful preparation of seafood dishes underscore Amadeus' cuisine. This approach works to reveal in every dish a balance and harmony between the sea's strength and its delicate flavors. Those extend from the signature creation, the Symphony of Cameroon, through the Chef's Menu which holds a combination of classic and creative dishes by Chef Bella.
One of the peculiarities of Amadeus is the cultivation site in Florianopolis itself, where—under the supervision of the Masano family—they breed oysters, shellfish, and scallops. These newly acquired ingredients arrive alive in São Paulo, capturing in every single bite that sea sense.
Chef Bella Masano is a talented and resourceful chef and manager. She was educated at the Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, with a protracted period of training in Brazil and France. She subtly changes her menu to authorial recipes, but still retains some of the traditional house favorites for more conventional diners. For the more adventurous diners, she offers tasting menus that present innovative dishes.
Located in the upscale area of Jardins, Amadeus offers valet parking. The restaurant remains a milestone by the Masano family to provide an unforgettable gastronomic experience, with impeccable seafood cuisine and respect for quality.
