Established in 1969 as part of Bislet Car Rental, Bislet Limousine initially introduced stretched and executive chauffeured cars to Oslo, including a 10-passenger airport limo and luxury Cadillacs. In 1989, the company became independent under new ownership and expanded rapidly. During President Bill Clinton’s visit to Oslo in 1999, it operated 126 vehicles.
The company is involved in high-profile events like the Nobel Peace Prize ceremonies and serves many visiting celebrities, yet it prioritizes consistent, high-quality service for all clients.
Specializing in transportation for business, finance, tourism, and private events, Bislet Limousine customizes each service to meet specific needs. In 2012, it acquired its main competitor, Oslo Maxi Taxi (OMT Limousine), solidifying its position with over 30 luxury vehicles. Today, Bislet Limousine is one of the leading providers of premium transport services in Oslo, supported by its parent company, H.M.Kristiansens Automobilbyrå AS, Europe’s oldest coach company and Norway’s largest privately owned coach operator.
