The firm was founded by Rob Pasquesi, who had a vision of building an accounting firm that would meet the specific needs of entrepreneurs. Drawing from his experiences in launching ventures like NextIntro and FounderPrep, Rob knew that most of the really good financial tools were out of reach for growing businesses most of the time. By pairing emerging technology with years of accounting experience, Rob built a firm empowering businesses of all sizes to unlock meaningful growth insights without needing an in-house analytics team.

Rob Pasquesi began his career at Deloitte and spent 14 years at Grant Thornton before joining Sikich, working directly with business owners, CFOs, and controllers to meet all of their accounting, tax, and financial needs. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College and obtained an MBA from the Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. He is a fellow of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds his license to practice in the state of Illinois as a certified public accountant.
